It really is- has a very easy blowing, no pressure to get wind out, so you use less energy playing this mouthpiece. And still, you can have an open and wide sound on piano and forte. I also notice, I use best brass practice mute -and it's also great -good intonation, very quite and so small and light. I like it very much.
