If your business is based outside of Japan, the basic requirements are as follows:


  • A physical retail store or a self-managed e-commerce website (including platforms such as Shopify). We do not accept applications from online resellers who sell exclusively through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, eBay, or Whatnot.

     

  • The majority of your sales must come from your physical store or your own e-commerce site.

     

  • If a portion of your business is conducted through third-party platforms, the support provided will be limited.

     

Our products are available both through direct transactions with us and, in certain cases such as Germany, via authorized distributors.
